Where Can I Serve?

Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of this church is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas to every nation. Church members are involved in a variety of ministries from children’s ministry, to youth ministry to just helping with outreach events. We have a place for everyone to serve!

Together Kids Ministry

Together Ministries is dedicated to teaching our children the gospel in a way that is fun and exciting. We want to help our children grow spiritually and equip them with the tools necessary to lead a life free from entanglements of sin. We teach the importance of hiding God’s word in their hearts.

Nursery & Toddler

Infants age 6 weeks through toddlers age 3 are checked in at the counter in the nursery/toddler room. Our volunteers are dedicated to loving on the infants and toddlers each week.

Kid’s Church

Children who are age 4(potty trained) through 6th grade are invited to meet in our children’s ministry room. All kids are checked in at the door. During Kid’s Church, we will have fun-filled songs, a Bible lesson and age appropriate small groups with activities.

Switch Youth Ministry

Our youth ministry consists of students in 6th grade through 12th grade. Our desire is to reach students for Christ and to help them grow in their faith. We want to provide them with the spiritual foundation in their life to help them lead lives that are not entangled by sin. We currently meet for youth group at our Thornville campus on Sunday nights at 6PM.

Media & Technology

Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. All of our weekly sermons are currently on our Facebook page. We also use our Facebook feed for additional church communication.

Bible Studies

We believe that we need to grow deeper in our faith together. We can do that by participating in Bible Studies with each other. Currently we are offering a Ladies Bible Study on the 2nd and 4th Thursday each month at Liberty Tree Coffee and Tea. Plans to launch more Bible studies are in the works. Stay tuned for more information.

Prayer Warriors

Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. We do have an active prayer chain. If you would like to be added to the prayer chain, please let one of the pastors know. If you would like to have a prayer request sent out, please let one of the pastors know that as well.
